Here is how you can use it to capture an action item on the supported tools by using shortcuts or comments sections and act upon them from your Slack workspace.
On G Docs, use the comment feature to capture a comment on Poppins as an Action Item by adding "@Poppins", You can also add @user to tag them.
On G Slides, just like G Docs, use the comment feature to capture a comment on Poppins as an Action Item by adding "@Poppins", You can also mention people (eg. @user) to assign or update the item.
On Figma, use comments and tag person (optional) to assign or update on tasks by mentioning @poppins
On G Meet, use the chat or In-call messages feature to capture a comment on Poppins as an action Item by adding "@Poppins".
